Life is tough and kind of dark sometimes and it’s a lot to deal with- I know. You or your loved one can overcome whatever it is that's getting the best of you. I partner with you to go from "WTF happened?!" to "I got this!"

You are a Veteran, Active Duty Service Member, or a Family Member, and you're "my people". First Responders are “my people” too! That's what sets me apart. I'm a combat veteran and trauma survivor. I struggled in ways like too many of us do.

I came out of it with the help of therapy and from looking into the 'dark corners' of myself to work on finding answers. I not only came out of it- I came out stronger, more focused, and knowing the reason why I survived what I did.

That's why this isn't "Just a job" for me- it means much more than that. 

I don't have a bunch of flash and stock photos of generic and random "Feel-good, beautiful people looking like they have their shit together" with sunshine, rainbows and Unicorns farting glitter here. Why? Because you're here looking for help with what I can imagine are some pretty difficult things. This site and my practice is about 1. You, and 2. Your healing journey (whatever that looks like for YOU). PERIOD.
